If you’ve driven down Alameda recently, you may have seen some BIG changes happening to Fifty Eight Hundred’s construction on a daily basis.
The transformation of the previous building into a multi-family apartment community is well under way. The tower building is anticipated to be closed in by the end of November. The windows and exterior finishes are quickly going in. The foundation for the new addition, the west building, has been poured. Additionally, the core of the west building (the stair/elevator tower) is now topped out. Framing of the west building will commence the second week of November.
