Lamar Station Crossing has been awarded the National Tax Credit Excellence Award in the Metropolitan Housing category for this year’s Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards competition. Tami J. Fischer, along with Brendalee Connors and Ryan Lunsford, received the award at the 22nd Annual Charles L. Edson Awards held at the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. Congressman Ed Perlmutter of Colorado’s District 7 presented the award stating, “Lamar Station is the ultimate goal in affordable housing.” Read more about the Charles L.
