Resident Services:

MWHS provides residents with resources, information, and connections to area programs and services providers through our onsite resident services team.  

Resident Service coordinators work with residents and property management to identify residents’ goals/needs, develop strategies to link residents with needed services and provide resources and services such as job search, career planning and computer literacy. They also seek out opportunities for residents to familiarize themselves with their community, become more engaged and increase their quality of life.  

These opportunities include a variety of classes such as cooking and nutrition, financial education, older adult fall prevention, homebuyer education, crafts and public art participation, fraud awareness, and more.
